Welcome to my website. The letters after my name, CPT, SFN and SSF mean: Certified Personal Trainer, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, and Specialist in Senior Fitness. They mean that I have completed courses of study that have prepared me to pass the rigorous examinations administered by the highly -respected and internationally-known organizations, American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). These accredited organizations have certified that I have expertise in these specific subject matters: fitness nutrition, senior fitness and personal training. I have chosen this combination of certifications in order to claim the titles “Nutrition and Fitness Coach” and "Senior Fitness Instructor".

As a Certified Personal Trainer and a certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition I have been educated about how exercise and your nutritional choices affect your "fitness".  I can teach you exercise techniques that can be performed quickly and efficiently (30 to 45 minutes twice a week!) that will produce significant results. Using my training as a certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition coupled with extensive personal research and experience with what constitutes a healthy diet, I will design a nutritional lifestyle that will change the way you look, feel and perform in as little as 30 days.  I don't have a gimmick, nor do I want to sneak up on anybody; my approach to helping you attain optimal physical fitness is clearly indicated in the material contained in the "Client Resources" page of this website. I only ask you to carefully consider that if you are not in excellent physical condition and what you have tried in the past has not worked for you perhaps it is time to try something different.
